Andrew Steinthal and Chris Stang from Immaculate Infatuation set out to explore the world of fine dining and bourbon pairing. First up, they go Bay to breakers, gobbling bone marrow, prawns, lobster juice, and all the bourbon in their path.

High West Whiskey Shoot Out @ Seasons Lounge October 22nd!! Come visit distiller Adam Opalek from High West Distillery on October 22nd form 5-7pm in Seasons Lounge. We’ll be having a great time departing from our typical wine tasting to probably blacking out on some great whiskey. The flight itself shows the age of each of the whiskeys. Ranging from a completely unaged ‘white’ whiskey to a single barrele aged 16 year masterpiece, these are some of my new favorites. - Oliver

1/2 off our Seasons #Cabernet for #CabernetDay ! Thursday September 1st is the second annual Social Media Cabernet Day. We are celebrating by giving everone half off our Seasons Cabernet by Fisher Vineyards! Come on in and mention ‘Cabernet Day’ to get the discount by the glass or the bottle!

THE STORY
Produced in collaboration with the Four Seasons
Hotel, San Francisco, this Cabernet Sauvignon is
grown and produced on the Fisher Vineyards
estate, located high on the eastern side of the
Mayacamas Mountains. Following more than 30
years adapting farming practices to the mountain
climate and terrain, we are pleased to produce this
wine from several vineyard blocks yielding fruit of
mature character and balance. This Cabernet
Sauvignon is grown on steep terraces that reach a
towering elevation of 1,400 feet. A number of
contiguous vineyard blocks incorporate a great
diversity of soils, rootstock / clone combinations
and exposures, providing additional complexity
and unmistakable mountain terroir. This is a
timeless wine made in a classic style exclusively
for Seasons Restaurant and Lounge.
THE WINE
• 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
• Aged 32 months in 80% new French Oak
• Alcohol by volume 14.1%
• Bottle date: May 2009
WINERY TASTING NOTES Aromas of dark cherry, vanilla, and cedar emanate from the glass. On palate
entry, flavors of wild plum, violate, and cassis lead to a focused mid-palette with silky tannin concentration.
This wine culminates in a classically structured finish with lingering dried black cherry fruit and earthy spices.
