High West Whiskey Shoot Out @ Seasons Lounge October 22nd!! Come visit distiller Adam Opalek from High West Distillery on October 22nd form 5-7pm in Seasons Lounge. We’ll be having a great time departing from our typical wine tasting to probably blacking out on some great whiskey. The flight itself shows the age of each of the whiskeys. Ranging from a completely unaged ‘white’ whiskey to a single barrele aged 16 year masterpiece, these are some of my new favorites. - Oliver

This Cabernet Sauvignon is grown on steep terraces that reach a towering elevation of 1,400 feet. A number of contiguous vineyard blocks incorporate a great diversity of soils, rootstock / clone combinations and exposures, providing additional complexity and unmistakable mountain terroir. This is a timeless wine made in a classic style exclusively for Seasons Restaurant and Lounge.
