Seasonal Summer Cocktail: Jet Ski 
 
INGREDIENTS:
3 Orange Slices
2 Lemon Wedges
½ oz Agave Nectar
1 oz Hangar One Mandarin Vodka
1oz Hangar One Lemon Vodka
Ski Soda
3 dashes of Meyer lemon bitters 
 
GLASSWARE:
Collins
 
GARNISH:
Orange wedge and thick lemon wedge 
 
Cocktail Preparation: Muddle orange slices, lemon wedges, and agave nectar together. Add ice, shake, and strain. Top with Ski soda.
 
Harking back to the Bar Managers days in the mid-west spent drinking this overly caffeinated, yet all natural soda, this cocktail has refreshing flavors of orange and lemon with a zip of caffeine to follow.  Bringing in the old with the new, Ski soda is an old favorite natural soda made with new Hangar One vodka from San Francisco.

3 tsp Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
1 Stalk of lemongrass
 
GLASSWARE:

Floating lemon wheel 
 
Cocktail Preparation: Muddle one stalk of cut lemongrass. Add all remaining ingredients, strain, and pour in martini glass. Garnish and serve.

2 oz Parrot Bay Coconut Rum

1 oz lemon juice

3 tsp Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut

1 Stalk of lemongrass

 

GLASSWARE:

Martini

 

GARNISH:

Floating lemon wheel

 

Cocktail Preparation: Muddle one stalk of cut lemongrass. Add all remaining ingredients, strain, and pour in martini glass. Garnish and serve.

1 oz Godiva dark chocolate liqueur 
1 oz strawberry puree

Cocktail Preparation: Shake and strain, top with champagne, garnish, and serve. 
 
This cocktail is reminiscent of the perfect chocolate covered strawberry. With the use of fresh strawberries and only the best Godiva chocolate, this cocktail combined with the champagne will take you back to your most romantic moment.

1 oz Godiva white chocolate liqueur

1 oz Godiva dark chocolate liqueur

1 oz strawberry puree

This is our Sangria a la minute. We added to the lemon and lime flavors inherently in white wine, and added raspberries for the spring sangria. We plan to change this drink throughout the year to reflect the seasons. The Hangar one raspberry, a local vodka, mixed with a local wine also feeds into our intent to use as much local product as possible.
