Seasonal Summer Cocktail: Chocolate Strawberry Serenade

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz Godiva white chocolate liqueur

1 oz Godiva dark chocolate liqueur

1 oz strawberry puree

Champagne

GLASSWARE:

Collins

GARNISH:

2 slices of strawberries  

Cocktail Preparation: Shake and strain, top with champagne, garnish, and serve.

This cocktail is reminiscent of the perfect chocolate covered strawberry. With the use of fresh strawberries and only the best Godiva chocolate, this cocktail combined with the champagne will take you back to your most romantic moment.

Poached rhubarb, fresh strawberries, almond crumble, and a Fromage Blanc ice cream all arranged on a plate garnished with almond tuile and strawberry jam.
